Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order for most items in their original condition. Like pruning plants for better growth, we’ve designed this policy to be simple and gardener-friendly.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on compost bins, rapid hot composters, fruit presses, and liners & covers unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your garden products:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – Our gardening specialists will review your request within 1-2 business days
  3. Package Your Items – Securely pack the products in their original packaging
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our address at 3370 Stanton Hollow Road, Needham, US 02192
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your request

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different size or model of raised bed or garden furniture? We’re happy to exchange your item:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
  • The exchange process follows the same timeline as returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If your allotment beds, deluxe beds, or other products arrive damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
